Step 1: Add any items that you want to
your cart and go through the process on the website to purchase the
item that you want. During the checkout process, there will be a text box
where you will enter any spellings of names and other special instructions.
Step 2: If needed, Send an e-mail to
savannahengrave@aol.com
and attach any pictures that you would like to use along with any other
special instructions regarding the pictures. Please make sure you use the
same e-mail address to send us pictures as the one that you use during
checkout. This will make it easy for us to track your order.
Step 3: We will take your information and instructions
and produce a "proof" picture for you. We will send this picture back to
your e-mail address for you to approve.
Step 4: You look at the "proof" picture that we send
back to you and make sure that it is what you want. If it is, then you
send us an e-mail back letting us know that the picture is approved by
you.
Step 5: We then engrave your item and
send it to you.
