Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: If the item is in stock, the order will usually take 3-5 business days before we will send it out. This means that usually you will get your order within 7 days. However, every order is different. If you order any custom engraving on a Zippo or pendant, then your order may take up to 14 days before you get it. We do all our engraving on the weekends so If you ordered a pendant on a Friday, then chances are that we will do the work and mail it out on a Monday or Tuesday.


Q: I want to purchase a personalized pendant or lighter, but I'm confused as to what I should do first. 
A: Step 1: Go through the process on the website and purchase the item that you want.
     Step 2: Send an e-mail to savannahengrave@aol.com  and attach the picture that you would like to use along with any other special instructions to include any text that you would like to have on the pendant or lighter.
     Step 3: We will take your information and instructions and produce a "proof" picture for you. We will send this picture back to your e-mail address for you to approve.
     Step 4: You look at the "proof" picture that we send back to you and make sure that it is what you want. If it is, then you send us an e-mail back letting us know that the picture is approved by you.
     Step 5: We then engrave your pendant or lighter and send it to you.


Q: My Zippo broke or does not work. Do you fix them?
A: No. We do not fix Zippo lighters. The most common problems with the Zippos are the flint, wick, and the hinge. Most people can replace the flint and wick without very much help. However, in most cases, if the hinge is loose or falling off, the lighter will need to be sent in to Zippo for repair. 


Q: Why can't you ship lighter fluid?
A: We can not ship lighter fluid because it is a hazardous material. Because of this reason, we have the fluid listed on the site for local pick up only.


Q: What does "local pickup" mean under the shipping options in the check out screen?
A: Local pickup means that if you are local to the Savannah GA area and you don't want to pay shipping, then you can come to our store at Keller's Flea Market and pick up the item yourself.


Q: Do you sell butane lighters?
A: On the website, we do not sell butane lighters. However, at Keller's Flea Market in Savannah, GA we do carry Zippo's multi purpose lighters. These are the only lighters carried by Zippo that take butane instead of lighter fluid.


Q: I'm looking for a Zippo with a specific design or pattern on it but I haven't been able to find it. I don't see it on your website either. Where can I look to find it? 
A: If you have a specific design that you have seen on a Zippo lighter and you can't find it anywhere, then chances are that the lighter has been discontinued and is no longer in production. Zippo cancels and adds many new designs to it's catalog every year. Another option would be to get the lighter custom engraved by us. Just as long as it doesn't infringe on any copyrights, we can engrave anything that you want on a Zippo lighter or pendant. We have many great pictures and graphics to choose from. Just let us know your ideas, and we'll work with you.


Q: I am interested in placing a big order. Do you offer bulk pricing and how long does it take for you to process big orders? 
A: We do offer bulk pricing on all of our pendants and engraved Zippo lighters. This pricing is displayed clearly under each item and it is calculated automatically during the checkout process. Our regular Zippos do not have bulk pricing displayed but this can be arranged if you let us know.  Bigger orders usually take 2-3 extra business days to complete. Remember, THE MORE YOU BUY, THE MORE YOU SAVE!
